患者男性，20歲，健康體檢，既往史和家族史不詳，常規(guī)心電圖檢查如下。

心電圖特征：

心電圖解析：

• ST段縮短甚至消失，QRS波后直接跟隨高聳的T波。

• 早復(fù)極比例更高(65%vs10%)，J點(diǎn)型ST抬高。

• J點(diǎn)至T波頂峰距離更短，<120ms可以較好區(qū)分SQTS和良性QT縮短【2】。

• PR段壓低，常見于II、III、V3導(dǎo)聯(lián)。

• 早發(fā)房顫或室速室顫。
