1.昨晚睡得還可以，一整夜只上了兩次廁所，而且上完廁所后就直接老老實(shí)實(shí)繼續(xù)睡覺了，也就不存在失眠這回事了。

2. 早上又是6:40多才起床，而且還是先聽了一會(huì)兒小說，提個(gè)神兒才醒了過來。隨后做完八段錦才真正神清氣爽，渾身舒暢。

3. 出了門第1件事自然是喂雞喂鴨，忙完這些又得招呼好那吱哇亂叫的倆狗子。不過最近小狗有點(diǎn)不太聽話，總想到處亂跑，卻不想被栓著看家，所以這兩天就干脆把它拴在院子外面，直接不放它。金毛都比較懂事，帶著它出去轉(zhuǎn)上一圈兒，它也就心滿意足了。

4. 遛狗之前，我還和老爸一起抬了兩袋稻谷和一袋玉米。老爸會(huì)帶著這些東西去加工坊加工一下。

5. 早飯我用昨晚的酸菜下了一鍋酸菜味的面條。早飯后我趁著那些白菜葉子還沒化凍，帶著冰還比較硬的這會(huì)兒功夫趕緊切了。切著白菜葉的這會(huì)兒功夫，太陽也就慢慢出來了，越來越暖和了。曬著太陽，切著菜葉兒，聽著小說還真是挺爽的。

切完菜葉兒，我又煮了一鍋稀飯用來釀酒。

6. 中午我拔了幾顆蘿卜回來，炒了個(gè)蘿卜片兒配香腸。這菜味道還不賴。

7. 今天午休，睡得還挺香的。午休結(jié)束后，我又帶著金毛出門轉(zhuǎn)上一圈。沒事出來走走還挺不錯(cuò)的。

1. I slept fairly well last night. I only got up to use the toilet twice throughout the night, and after that, I went straight back to sleep obediently. So there was no such thing as insomnia.

2. I didn't get up until after 6:40 this morning. Moreover, I first listened to a novel for a while to wake myself up. Then I did the Baduanjin exercise and really felt refreshed and comfortable all over.

3. The first thing after going out of the house was naturally to feed the chickens and ducks. After finishing that, I had to take care of the two dogs that were barking loudly. However, the little dog has been a bit disobedient recently. It always wants to run around everywhere and doesn't want to be tied up to guard the house. So in the past two days, I simply tied it outside the yard and didn't let it loose at all. Golden Retrievers are more sensible. I took it for a walk around the neighborhood, and it was satisfied.

4. Before walking the dog, I carried two bags of rice and one bag of corn with my dad. Dad will take these things to the processing workshop to have them processed.

5. For breakfast, I cooked a pot of noodle soup with pickled vegetables from last night. After breakfast, while the cabbage leaves hadn't thawed yet and were still quite hard with ice on them, I quickly cut them up. While I was cutting the cabbage leaves, the sun gradually came out and it got warmer and warmer. It was really nice to cut the vegetable leaves while basking in the sun and listening to a novel. After cutting the leaves, I cooked another pot of porridge for making wine.

6. At noon, I pulled out a few radishes and came back. I fried some sliced radishes to go with sausages. The dish tasted quite good.

7. I had a very sound sleep during the lunch break today. After the lunch break, I took the Golden Retriever out for a walk around again. It's quite nice to go out for a stroll when there's nothing else to do.
