英語不是“學(xué)了(以后)用”的。英語是“學(xué)時(當(dāng)場)就要拿出來用”的！

“學(xué)”已然不易，“用”才更考驗?zāi)愕恼Z言運用能力。然而，一直在“學(xué)”而“不用”卻不善自知才是最慘的。

此話怎講？？

讀(體驗)下面不算很難的英語，你的整個過程都一種始終在“使用中文”，還是能自如做到英語“學(xué)”“用”同步：使用英語？

1) URead 體驗英語

Caught on camera：Woman dumps neighbor's dog in trash can

HOUSTON - The video is bad enough to make very animal lover's blood boil.

A League City woman in her 80s was caught on camera throwing her neighbor's dog into a trash can.

"I'm honestly outraged," said Amanda, the dog's owner.

To Amanda, her dog, Bentley, is like her child.

"In a trash can, in the middle of the day, a hot, closed, confined space, there's no need for a dog to be put in a place like that," she said.

The incident was captured on a neighbor's home surveillance cameras. Bentley tries to pop out of the trash, but the woman then grabs a recycling bin to really close him in.

2) UTalk “學(xué)”“用”同步：使用英語

1. 讀到Caught on camera時，“使用英語”：

Well when you are caught on camera, you are captured on camera.A picture or a video footage is taken by the camera.

But 下文有提示(the video及captured on a neighbor's home surveillance cameras) the camera here is actually a video camera.It is a surveillance camera.

你不會把Caught on camera做“使用中文”用：被拍照或錄像吧？如果這樣做，就是“使用中文”，就是英語“學(xué)”“用”脫離，就是英語“學(xué)而不用”。

2. 讀到Woman dumps neighbor's dog in trash can時，“使用英語”：

When we say to dump a dog in the trash can, we can also say yo throw a dog into a garbage can. A trash can is a garbage can.

從小學(xué)到大學(xué)，你最缺的不是“學(xué)”，你最缺的是“用”：學(xué)過garbage can為什么不在這里見到trash can夠“學(xué)”“用”同步“使用英語”，或者反之亦然？你“學(xué)過的”garbage can打算就到以后什么時候用？考試時用，遇到老外聊天時才用？可是，永遠(yuǎn)也不再考試，或者你的身邊基本沒有機(jī)會遇到老外時，腫么辦？繼續(xù)“學(xué)而不用”，繼續(xù)“學(xué)”“用”脫離？

3. 讀到The video is bad enough to make very animal lover's blood boil的make their bloid boil時，“使用英語”(當(dāng)然，你也可以“使用中文”：blood我“懂”啊(用中文“懂”)，“血”的意思。boil我也懂?。悍序v的意思。make blood boil不就是“讓人熱血沸騰”嗎？)：

Well I know when you say it makes my blood boil, you are very very angry. When you are very angry or outraged(下文有這個詞), you may say I am very angry, but you may also say you really make my blood boil! It is a stronger word than angry.

“學(xué)”“用”同步，學(xué)以致用，需要你“學(xué)了馬上用”，馬上用！

這是最需要鍛煉的語言能力了。

4. 讀到A League City woman in her 80s was caught on camera throwing her neighbor's dog into a trash can時，這么同步“使用英語”：

Well throwing her neighbor's dog into a trash can means dumping het neighbor's dog into a garbage can.

學(xué)習(xí)力的獲得比單純的英語知識的獲得更重要。

5. 讀到I'm honestly outraged時，“使用英語”：

When we sre outraged with somebody or at something, we are more than angry, we are very very very angry.

When you are very angry, don't say you are very angry, say instead you are outraged!

英語“學(xué)以致用”，不是“學(xué)了以后用”的。英語“學(xué)以致用”是英語學(xué)時(當(dāng)場)就要拿出來用！
