最近，中國熱處理朋友圈被意大利全進(jìn)口瑟肯Thurckon防滲保護(hù)涂料刷屏啦，有Thurckon PAC protective paints for gas carburization,有Thurckon Nit Off protective paints for gas nitriding。今天，給小伙伴們系統(tǒng)介紹意大利瑟肯離子氮化防滲保護(hù)涂料。

NIT-OFF-I 是一款用于離子氮化的水基防滲涂料。

NIT-OFF-I is a water-based nitriding stop-off suitable for plasma nitriding.

• NIT-OFF-I不需要任何有機(jī)溶劑，水是其唯一的溶劑，當(dāng)表面水分蒸發(fā)后，即可進(jìn)爐加工。

• NIT-OFF-I does not contain any organic solvents. Water is its only solvent. Once water has completely evaporated, the coated component is ready to enter the case-hardening furnace.

• 干燥后的保護(hù)層是不吸濕的

• The dried protection is non-hygroscopic.

使用/USE

使用前，充分搖晃液體（由于儲(chǔ)存的原因，底部可能產(chǎn)生沉淀）

Before use, shake and amalgamate the paste well (it might present a slight deposit at the bottom due to storage)

使用方法/APPLICATION

NIT-OFF-I可通過刷涂、浸蘸的方法使用。

NIT-OFF-I can be applied by brushing or immersion.

即使需要防滲的部位沒有保證完全的清潔，脫脂，無氧化物，干燥，NIT-OFF-I也可以有不錯(cuò)的防滲效果。

Even if the parts to be coated should preferably be clean, degreased, non-oxidated and dry, NIT-OFF-I gives satisfactory results on not perfectly clean surfaces.

注意：在過于油污、潮濕的表面，NIT-OFF-I可能會(huì)滑動(dòng)。

Note: on very greasy or very wet surfaces NIT-OFF-I tends to run before drying.

刷涂法：在NIT-OFF-I可以使用后，薄涂一個(gè)涂層于需要防滲的工件表面（若因儲(chǔ)存原因?qū)е?span lang='EN-US'>NIT-OFF-I過于黏稠，可加入2%的清水稀釋）

BRUSH APPLICATION: Spread a thin layer of NIT-OFF-I is ready to use (dilute with water only if the product appears too viscous due to drying which might result following imperfect storage).

建議使用軟毛刷，避免留下刷痕，無法達(dá)到最佳的防滲效果。建議在需要防護(hù)的部位涂覆0.2/0.5mm的涂層。

Do not use a stiff brush to avoid streaking. The surface of the part to be protected must be coated with a uniform layer about 0.2/0.5mm thick.

浸蘸：簡單的將需要防滲的部位浸入持續(xù)攪拌的NIT-OFF-I中。

IMMERSION:  Simply dip the part into the compound, which should be mixed in continuation.

干燥/DRYING

在干燥高溫條件下，大約需要2小時(shí)。

Approximately 2 hours in a dry and preferably warm environment.

熱處理前去除保護(hù)性化合物/STRIPPING OF THE PROTECTIVE COMPOUND BEFORE HEAT TREATMENT

NIT-OFF-I可以簡單的從錯(cuò)誤的防滲區(qū)域去除。干燥的涂層可通過刮刀機(jī)械去除。如果需要將涂層完整的去除，可將其浸入水中，NIT-OFF-I可以薄膜的形式脫落。

NIT-OFF-I can easily be removed from erroneously coated areas, the dried coating can be removed mechanically by using a scraper or razor blade. If the compound must be entirely removed from the whole surface, this can be done by completely dipping the part into water, NIT-OFF-I will peel off.

熱處理后去除NIT-OFF-I殘留/REMOVEL OF RESIDUES OF HEAT TREATMENT

為去除表面的NIT-OFF-I殘留，刷子或輕度噴砂即可滿足。

For removal of NIT-OFF-I left on surfaces, brushing or where possible light sandblasting will suffice.

安全性/SAFETY

NIT-OFF-I對(duì)使用者是完全安全的。根據(jù)CEE分類，NIT-OFF-I不屬于危險(xiǎn)品。

The NIT-OFF-I components are not harmful to individuals handling them. They are not designated as dangerous according to the CEE classifications.

儲(chǔ)存/STORAGE

NIT-OFF-I必須在+5℃~+35℃的密封條件下儲(chǔ)存，并且不能冷藏儲(chǔ)存。

NIT-OFF-I must be stored at temperatures between +5℃ and +35℃ in well-sealed containers and cannot withstand freezing conditions.
