1.昨晚泡過腳后收拾一下，我就美美的躺到床上聽小說去了。大概是10點(diǎn)多才睡著，一整夜睡的還算可以，期間只上了兩次廁所，也沒怎么影響睡眠，還算挺不錯(cuò)的。

2. 今早6點(diǎn)的鬧鐘響起時(shí)我點(diǎn)了一下推遲，一直到6:40多才起床。起床后就做了一套八段錦，先完成了今天的最少必要運(yùn)動量，也就安心了許多。

3. 今早出了門，我先把金毛放了，免得它亂蹦亂叫，然后再給雞鴨們?nèi)錾巷暳?，最后才把雞鴨鵝放出來，這樣一放出來這些家伙們就直接吃東西了，而不是亂跑。喂完雞鴨我就帶著倆狗子出門轉(zhuǎn)上了一圈。早上出門走走，呼吸一下新鮮空氣，還是挺不錯(cuò)的。

4. 早飯我和老爸下了些湯圓和餃子。早飯后老爸收拾上漁具釣魚去了。而我則在家里，窩在被窩里聽小說。10點(diǎn)多時(shí)我煮了一鍋稀飯，用來釀酒。

5. 中午炒了個(gè)酸辣白菜，可惜水添多了，味道不太明顯。

6. 午休結(jié)束后，我?guī)е鹈鲩T散了個(gè)步。這次沒走太遠(yuǎn)，只是在后邊兒田野里轉(zhuǎn)了一圈兒。隨后就回來切白菜葉子，然后給雞鴨拌飼料了。

7. 晚上我們吃了老爸燉的一鍋排骨，味道相當(dāng)不賴，唯一美中不足的就是有點(diǎn)膩。

1. After soaking my feet last night, I tidied up a bit and then happily lay in bed listening to audiobooks. I probably didn't fall asleep until after 10 o'clock. I slept fairly well throughout the night. I only got up to use the toilet twice during that time, and it didn't really affect my sleep much, so it was quite good.

2. When the alarm clock rang at 6 o'clock this morning, I clicked the snooze button and didn't get up until after 6:40. After getting up, I did a set of Ba Duan Jin. Having completed the minimum necessary amount of exercise for today first, I felt much more at ease.

3. When I went out this morning, I let the golden retriever out first to prevent it from jumping around and barking randomly. Then I sprinkled feed for the chickens and ducks. Finally, I let the chickens, ducks and geese out. In this way, once they were let out, these guys would start eating directly instead of running around everywhere. After feeding the chickens and ducks, I took the two dogs out for a walk. It's quite nice to go out for a walk in the morning and breathe in the fresh air.

4. For breakfast, Dad and I cooked some glutinous rice balls and dumplings. After breakfast, Dad packed up his fishing gear and went fishing. And I stayed at home, huddled under the quilt listening to audiobooks. At a little past 10 o'clock, I boiled a pot of porridge for making wine.

5. At noon, I fried a dish of hot and sour Chinese cabbage. Unfortunately, I added too much water, so the flavor wasn't very pronounced.

6. After taking a nap, I took the golden retriever out for a walk. This time I didn't go too far. I just took a stroll around the fields at the back. Then I came back to cut the cabbage leaves and mix feed for the chickens and ducks.

7. In the evening, we ate a pot of spareribs stewed by Dad. The taste was quite good. The only drawback was that it was a bit greasy.
