1.昨晚睡得還真不賴,中途只醒了一次。我想應(yīng)該是昨晚沒(méi)有喝太多水,所以就沒(méi)怎么上廁所??磥?lái)以后還是得控制著,晚上不要喝水,也不要吃水分比較多的東西,比如說(shuō)稀飯之類的東西。
2. 今早6點(diǎn)的鬧鐘響起時(shí),我感覺特別困,好在我只是把鬧鐘給推遲了,并沒(méi)有順手給關(guān)了。后來(lái)聽了會(huì)兒小說(shuō),才精神點(diǎn)。到了6:40多我才起床,等做完八段錦時(shí)已經(jīng)是7點(diǎn)多了。
今天做八段錦時(shí),我突然發(fā)現(xiàn)原來(lái)每個(gè)動(dòng)作做到位,更用勁兒一些,才更容易體會(huì)到那種身體發(fā)熱的運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)的暢快淋漓的感覺。
3. 喂完雞鴨之后,我?guī)е鴤z小狗去田野轉(zhuǎn)了一圈。我發(fā)現(xiàn)今天早上居然并沒(méi)有那么冷,至少田野里并沒(méi)有打霜?;氐郊依镂野l(fā)現(xiàn)院子里的水盆結(jié)的冰也沒(méi)有之前厚。還是暖和點(diǎn)好,至少不那么凍手就好受點(diǎn)。
4. 今天我學(xué)聰明了點(diǎn)兒,上午收拾了些白菜葉子,隨后切了一部分。然后留下一些下午再切,免得一下子切太多白菜葉子,長(zhǎng)時(shí)間弓著腰太累。
5. 中午我和老爸做了一大鍋米飯,這次老爸做的米飯不太成功,鍋巴幾乎全都糊了。不過(guò)我們炒的那個(gè)蘿卜絲配瘦肉還是特別美味的。
6. 中午本來(lái)準(zhǔn)備午休的,結(jié)果老爸連續(xù)幾次把我喊起來(lái)幫忙,不是搬稻谷就是搬豆子,而他負(fù)責(zé)清理這些東西里面的雜質(zhì)。于是我也沒(méi)能睡著。一直到2點(diǎn)多時(shí),我索性干脆直接起床帶著金毛去河灘轉(zhuǎn)了一圈。 不得不說(shuō)還是多親近一下大自然,沒(méi)事都出來(lái)走走才更容易讓人心情變好。
英文版: 1. I slept quite well last night and only woke up once in the middle. I think it's because I didn't drink too much water last night, so I didn't go to the toilet often. It seems that I should control myself in the future and not drink water or eat things with a lot of water at night, like porridge and so on.
2. When the alarm clock rang at six o'clock this morning, I felt extremely sleepy. Fortunately, I just postponed the alarm clock instead of turning it off casually. Later, I listened to a novel for a while and then became a bit more energetic. I didn't get up until it was over six forty. By the time I finished practicing the Baduanjin, it was already past seven o'clock.
When practicing the Baduanjin today, I suddenly realized that only when each movement is done in place and with more strength can I more easily experience the carefree and refreshing feeling of the body getting warm during exercise.
3. After feeding the chickens and ducks, I took two puppies for a walk around the fields. I found that it wasn't that cold this morning. At least there was no frost in the fields. When I got home, I found that the ice in the water basin in the yard wasn't as thick as before. It's better to be warmer. At least it won't be so freezing for my hands and I'll feel more comfortable.
4. I was a bit smarter today. In the morning, I tidied up some Chinese cabbage leaves and cut part of them. Then I left some to cut in the afternoon so as to avoid cutting too many cabbage leaves at once and getting too tired from bending over for a long time.
5. At noon, Dad and I cooked a big pot of rice. This time, Dad's rice wasn't very successful. Almost all the crispy rice at the bottom of the pot was burnt. However, the shredded radish with lean meat that we fried was really delicious.
6. I was originally going to take a lunch break at noon. But Dad called me up several times in a row to help him. Sometimes I moved rice, and sometimes I moved beans while he was responsible for cleaning the impurities in these things. So I couldn't fall asleep. It wasn't until after two o'clock that I simply got up and took the Golden Retriever for a walk around the river beach. I have to say that it's better to get closer to nature and go out for a walk when you have nothing to do, which can make people feel better more easily.
