摘要 隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速增長(zhǎng)，人力資源管理已經(jīng)成為組織發(fā)展的重要組成部分。人力資源管理的實(shí)施有助于組織實(shí)現(xiàn)其目標(biāo)，提高組織的績(jī)效，提高員工的工作滿意度，并且有助于組織的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文研究了人力資源管理在組織發(fā)展中的作用，以及如何有效地實(shí)施人力資源管理以提高組織效率。 關(guān)鍵詞：人力資源管理，組織發(fā)展，績(jī)效，員工滿意度，可持續(xù)發(fā)展 Abstract With the development of society and rapid economic growth, human resource management has become an important part of organizational development.
