1. System overview, Topology Structure

堆疊式 RBMS產(chǎn)品是針對家用高壓電池儲能系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用開發(fā)的電池管理系統(tǒng)。采用分布式架構(gòu)，模塊化設(shè)計(jì)理念，上下堆疊對插連接安裝，具有高度可配置性，易于組裝、調(diào)試、維護(hù)， 適 用 于 直 流 電 壓 700V 以 下 的 各 種 電 池 儲 能 系 統(tǒng) 。 本 產(chǎn) 品 配 置 為 二 級 架 構(gòu)

產(chǎn)品具有安全可靠的運(yùn)行和保護(hù)策略，有效延長電池組使用壽命。自帶多種通信方式，可直接與 PCS/Inverter 通信對接。

The Stackable RBMs product is a battery management system developed for the application of a household high-voltage battery energy storage system. It adopts distributed architecture, and modular design concepts, and is stacked up and down for plug-in connection and installation. It is highly configurable and easy to assemble, debug and maintain. It is suitable for various battery energy storage systems with DC voltage below 700V. This product is configured as a two-level architecture (BMU+RBMS) +PCS/Inverter

The product has safe and reliable operation and protection strategies to effectively extend the service life of the battery pack. It is equipped with a variety of communication modes, which can be directly connected with pcs/inverter communication.

多臺并機(jī)工況說明：(最多支持 4 并)Description of multiple paralleling conditions: (4 parallels at most)

第一種：RBMS 不做數(shù)據(jù)匯總,PCS 可以分別讀每個(gè) RBMS 的數(shù)據(jù)；

The first method: RBMs do not perform data summary, and PCs can read the data of each RBMs separately;

第二種：其中一臺 RBMS 作為主機(jī)并將多臺的數(shù)據(jù)匯總，該主機(jī)和 PCS 通訊。

The second type: one RBMs acts as the host and summarizes the data of multiple RBMs, and the host communicates with PCs.

1)  、儲能系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部有高壓，非本公司或本公司授權(quán)的技術(shù)人員，嚴(yán)禁擅自打開機(jī)箱進(jìn)行  拆卸和維護(hù)，否則有觸電的危險(xiǎn)，同時(shí)失去保修權(quán)利。There is a high voltage inside the energy storage system. It is strictly forbidden to open the case for disassembly, assembly and maintenance without the company or its authorized technicians, otherwise, the electric shock will be released and the warranty rights will be lost.

2) 、嚴(yán)禁 BMS 中任何線頭或者接插件搭接在電池正負(fù)極，否則可能會有短路的危險(xiǎn)并損壞電路板。It is strictly prohibited for any wire or connector in the BMS to overlap the positive

and negative poles of the battery, otherwise there may be a danger of short circuit and damage

the circuit board.

3)  、嚴(yán)禁靠近水源或火源，以免電池因短路或過熱起火。it is strictly prohibited to be close to the water source or fire source to avoid the fire of the battery due to short circuit or overheating.

4) 、觸發(fā)二級保護(hù)后斷路器由 BMS 控制斷開后，必須將系統(tǒng)下電排除故障，并至少間隔 1 分鐘以后方可重新上電開機(jī)，否則可能會導(dǎo)致斷路器分勵(lì)線圈熱量來不及散發(fā)而損壞。after the secondary protection is triggered, the circuit breaker is controlled by BMS. After disconnection, the system must be powered off to eliminate the fault, and can be powered on and started again after an interval of at least 1 minute, otherwise, it may cause damage to the shunt coil of the circuit breaker because it is too late to emit heat.

5) 、如需要由電池來冷啟動(dòng) PCS/Inverter，必須先將 PCS/Inverter 側(cè)的電池開關(guān)閉合后再啟動(dòng)電池。如果先啟動(dòng)電池，再閉合 PCS/Inverter 側(cè)的電池開關(guān)，由于 PCS/Inverter 側(cè)直流側(cè)一般具有大電容，閉合瞬間電容相當(dāng)于短路，此時(shí)電池給電容充電的電流會遠(yuǎn)高于 RBMS 機(jī)器內(nèi)部的接觸器額定值，極易造成接觸器觸點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)燒蝕、粘連，接觸器觸點(diǎn)接觸電阻增大   發(fā)熱燒毀或者觸點(diǎn)無法斷開從而觸發(fā)二級保護(hù)。If you need to cold start the UPS/PCS from the battery, you must first close the battery switch on the UPS/PCS side before starting the battery. If you start the battery first, and then close the battery switch on the UPS/PCS side, since the DC side of the UPS/PCS side generally has a large capacitance, the instantaneous capacitance is equivalent to a short circuit. At this time, the current charged by the battery to the capacitor will be much higher than that of the RBMS machine. The rated value of the contactor is very easy to cause ablation and adhesion of the contactor's contact. The contact resistance of the contactor's contact increases and heats up or the contact cannot be disconnected, which triggers the secondary protection

五. 安全注意事項(xiàng) 5. Safety Precautions

1)、安裝及調(diào)試人員所使用的工具須有絕緣防護(hù)。The tools used by installation and commissioning personnel must have insulation protection.

2)、在安裝調(diào)試及維護(hù)時(shí)必須戴絕緣橡膠手套，視情況穿戴護(hù)目鏡、絕緣橡膠靴，盡可能避免安全事故的發(fā)生。During installation, debugging and maintenance, you must wear insulated rubber gloves, goggles and insulated rubber boots as appropriate to avoid safety accidents as much as possible.

3)、安裝調(diào)試及維護(hù)過程中產(chǎn)生的線頭金屬等如掉入電池間，請務(wù)必使用絕緣工具取出， 不能將雜物留置。If the metal of the wire ends during the installation, debugging and maintenance process falls into the battery room, be sure to use an insulated tool to take it out, and do not leave the sundries.

4)、需要維護(hù)時(shí)，必須將 RBMS 的主斷路器斷開，切斷電池組與 PCS/Inverter 直流總線的連接。

When maintenance is required, the main circuit breaker of the RBMS must be disconnected,

and the connection between the battery pack and the PCS DC bus must be cut off.

5)、根據(jù)項(xiàng)目需求的不同，電池管理系統(tǒng)的充放電電流和充放電電壓等參數(shù)在初次安裝調(diào)試時(shí)已設(shè)定，不得擅自更改參數(shù)，否則可能會縮短電池壽命，更嚴(yán)重的可能會對電池造成嚴(yán)重危害產(chǎn)生安全事故。According to different project requirements, the parameters such as the charge and discharge RBMS Specificationcurrent and charge and discharge voltage of the battery management system have been set during the initial installation and commissioning. The parameters must not be changed without authorization, otherwise, the battery life may be shortened, and the battery may be affected more seriously. Cause serious harm and cause safety accidents.

6)、如遇儲能柜周圍起火，請務(wù)必使用干粉滅火器或者消防沙進(jìn)行滅火。若使用液體滅火可能導(dǎo)致電擊。In case of fire around the energy storage cabinet, please use a dry powder fire extinguisher or fire sand to extinguish the fire. Using liquid to extinguish the fire may cause electric shock.

7)、如長期不使用系統(tǒng)，請務(wù)必?cái)嚅_電池柜的主斷路器。 If the system is not used for a long time, be sure to disconnect the main circuit breaker of the battery cabinet.

8)、盡量避免長期在下列工作環(huán)境中使用

Try to avoid long-term use in the following working environment:：

◎ 超過規(guī)格書規(guī)定的溫度或濕度范圍的場所Places that exceed the temperature or humidity range specified in the specification

◎ 有強(qiáng)烈震動(dòng)或易受撞擊的場所Places subject to strong vibration or susceptible to impact

◎ 陽光直射或靠近熱源的場所Places exposed to direct sunlight or close to heat sources

◎ 有粉塵、強(qiáng)腐蝕性物質(zhì)、易燃易爆物、高鹽霧場所Places with dust, strong corrosive substances, flammable and explosive materials, and

high salt spray
