?I have been taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for 20 days now, partly to clear up some minor issues I have and partly to convince myself that this is something I could recommend to others. It has been great for me. Now I am looking for some advice about a much more serious case. My father suffers from very bad kidney disease. He also suffers from Type II diabetes, which was not diagnosed until his kidneys shut down the first time, so we think the untreated diabetes may have caused the kidney failure (in 2000). Since 2000, he has been on an enormous amount of medication -- I'm afraid I have no idea what all the pills are -- to keep his kidneys going. And the kidneys have kept processing urine, for the most part, but so inefficiently that he suffers much swelling due to fluid retention. The meds also make him very sick in other ways. Over the years his doctor has tried reducing his meds, but the result has been that his kidneys shut down entirely and he has to go on dialysis to reduce his body fluids, then resume the drug regime. So far he has been able to stay off permanent dialysis, but he greatly fears that it is coming. He also monitors his blood insulin levels carefully, and injects insulin for his diabetes, of course. When his kidney doctor started treating him (in 2000), she read him the riot act concerning alternative medicines. She told him that many people will come to him with miracle cures and dietary supplements that they think he should try, but that he must under no circumstances take them. This is because she is prescribing him all these very powerful drugs and cannot risk having an unexpected interaction with something else he is taking. Fair enough. He has always done what she told him and is still alive. Now I have discovered Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , and I am in a real quandary. Should I try to persuade him to take it, or not? I am terrified that in his poor condition it might shut down his kidneys permanently. On the other hand, if we wait until his kidneys fail entirely, it would probably be too late for Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to save them, if it can in fact do that. Now there is no saying that he would take my recommendation anyway. But I haven't even presented it to him yet. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance. |
