上一期文章中有一位細(xì)心的同學(xué)發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)問(wèn)題,她問(wèn)我:“ 師兄,一周序列里面‘Adho Mukha Shvanasana,Shavasana,Adho Mukha Vrkshasana’這些體式都多了一個(gè)h?”,在這里和大家分享一下。我們所看的梵文體式名稱是拉丁文拼寫(xiě)出來(lái)的,為了正確地拼寫(xiě)字母的上下都有標(biāo)點(diǎn),而沒(méi)有上下的標(biāo)點(diǎn)情況下有shavasana才可用發(fā)“嘶”哇薩那,如果Savasana,那發(fā)音就是“薩”哇薩那。也許是拉丁文上下的標(biāo)點(diǎn)印刷不容易,很多書(shū)籍都用Savasana而不用shavasana。是不準(zhǔn)確的。
