imitate 是指copy,模仿他人的行為舉止 e.g.Her style of painting has been imitated by other artists. simulate可以指假裝,扮作 e.g.I tried to simulate surprise at the news. 或是,(用電腦,模型等)模擬,e.g.Computer software can be used to simulate conditions on the seabed.,所以與Imitate不同. emulate是指努力趕上別人的成就的那種模仿行為:to copy something achieved by someone else and try to do it as well as they have: e.g.They hope to emulate the success of other software companies. 所以三個(gè)都是不同的. |
