I’ma middle school student. I love English, but it’s hard for me. Now I have agood plan to learn English.

我是一名中學(xué)生。我喜歡英語，但是對我來說卻很難?，F(xiàn)在我有一個(gè)很好的英語學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃。

Ihave a pronunciation problem. I can’t pronounce so well. So I plan to listen tothe tape and read after it. I can’t read English passages quickly and can’twrite a passage clearly. Now I plan to read more and practice writing often. Asfor listening, sometimes I can’t understand what others are saying. So I planto improve myself by listening to the radio and TV. Grammar is the mostdifficult for me. I have no idea of it, but I think my English teacher can helpme with it.

我的發(fā)音有點(diǎn)問題。我發(fā)音不好。所以我打算聽磁帶并跟讀。我不能快速地閱讀英語文章，也不能清清楚楚地寫文章。現(xiàn)在我計(jì)劃看多些書，經(jīng)常練習(xí)寫作。至于聽力，有時(shí)候我無法理解其他人在說什么。所以我打算通過聽收音機(jī)和電視來提高我自己。對我來說語法是最難的。我都不知道怎么辦，不過我覺得我的英語老師能夠幫助我。

Withthis English-learning plan, I’m hoping for great progress.

有了這個(gè)英語學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃，我希望能取得很大的進(jìn)步。

Asa teacher, we must have love and patience. We should be equal to every student.We must take every student sincerely and friendly.

作為教師，我們必須要有愛心和耐心。我們應(yīng)該平等的對待每一個(gè)學(xué)生。我們必須真誠\友好地對待每一個(gè)學(xué)生。

Asfar as I know, children don't have the purpose to study. They learn perhapsthey feel happy, so we must be their guide. We should make sure that everythingwe teach them is correct.

我覺得孩子沒有學(xué)習(xí)的目的。他們也許只學(xué)習(xí)能讓他們感到開心的，所以我們必須要引導(dǎo)他們。我們要確保我們教給他們的一切都是正確的。

What'smore, children are not good at analyzing the language rules, so we don't teachthem grammar. We should teach them how to pronounce, how to communicate withothers in English, and how to write in English.

更重要的是，孩子不善于分析語言的規(guī)則，所以我們不教他們語法。我們應(yīng)該教他們?nèi)绾伟l(fā)音，如何用英語與他人交流，如何用英語寫。

Bythe way, children are so imaginative, active and creative. They like doingthings with their hands. So we should create a real atmosphere, so as toattract their interests.

順便說一下，孩子的想象力，積極性和創(chuàng)造性都是很好的。他們喜歡實(shí)踐。所以我們應(yīng)該創(chuàng)造一個(gè)真正的氣氛，以吸引他們的興趣。

Atlast, children need to be encouraged rather than criticized. Therefore, weshould praise them more when they perform well, so as to make them moreconfident. When they make mistakes, we shouldn't blame them so angrily.Instead, we ought to be patient enough to educate them with moral words.

最后，孩子們需要的是鼓勵(lì)而不是批評。因此，在他們表現(xiàn)良好的時(shí)候我們應(yīng)該多贊美他們，從而使他們更有信心。在他們犯錯(cuò)時(shí)，我們不應(yīng)該生氣地責(zé)怪他們。相反，我們應(yīng)該用言語耐心地教導(dǎo)他們。

Moststudents find it difficult to learn English, because they don't find the good ways. In order to pass the exams, they always learn English by learningthe grammar rules and vocabularies by heart. I don't think it's a good way tolearn English. In my opinion, if we want to learn English well, we shouldalways think in English, speak in English and write in English. While speakingEnglish, we should come out of our shells. Don't be shy or afraid of making anymistakes, since others won't care about the mistakes. The more we practice, thebetter our oral English will be. Just as saying goes, practice makes perfect.

大多數(shù)學(xué)生覺得學(xué)習(xí)英語很困難，是因?yàn)樗麄儧]有找到好的方法。為了通過考試，他們總是學(xué)習(xí)語法規(guī)則背詞匯。我不認(rèn)為那是學(xué)習(xí)英語的好辦法。在我看來，如果我們想學(xué)好英語，我們應(yīng)該始終以英語的方式思考，說英語，寫英語。說英語的時(shí)候，我們應(yīng)該毫無束縛。不要害羞或害怕犯錯(cuò)誤，因?yàn)槠渌瞬粫?huì)在意那些錯(cuò)誤的。我們練習(xí)得越多，我的英語口語就會(huì)越好。正如諺語所說，熟能生巧。

What'smore, most students always remember the new words by writing them again andagain on the paper. It isn't a good way, either. Here is my advice that we shouldlearn the new words by reading, or use the new words to make sentences.

而且，大多數(shù)學(xué)生都通過把新單詞一遍一遍的寫在紙上來記住。這也不是一個(gè)好方法。這是我的建議：我們應(yīng)該通過閱讀學(xué)習(xí)新單詞，或用新單詞來造句。

Lastbut not the least, we had better remember some useful expressions and languagepoints, because it can help us to form a sense of language. As long as we havethe sense of language, we will find listening, speaking, reading and writing areno longer difficult.

最后但并非最不重要的，我們最好記住一些有用的詞匯和知識(shí)點(diǎn)。因?yàn)樗梢詭椭覀冃纬烧Z感。只要我們有語感，我們就會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)聽力，口語，閱讀和寫作不再是困難的。

Nowadays, English has becomethe international standard language. As China is stepping to theinternationalization, learning English is more and more important. But manypeople find it hard to learn English well. According to my own learningexperience, I think determination, read English materials and patience are themost significant.

如今，英語已經(jīng)成為國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)語言。由于中國正在邁向國際化，學(xué)習(xí)英語變得越來越重要。但是許多人發(fā)現(xiàn)很難學(xué)好英語。根據(jù)我自己的學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，我覺得決心，閱讀英語材料和耐心是最重要的。

First of all, doing everything needsdetermination. Determination is a prerequisite to do something. When facingdifficulty, the people who have determination will insist, on contrary, thepeople who don’t have determinatin are easily give up. Thus, if people wants todo something well, the first thing they need to do is to make up their mind. Secondly,reading  English materials is a greathelp for learning English. It can help people raise sense for English language,have interest and confidence in Engilsh. That will help people a lot in theprocess of learning. Last, patience is necessary in English learning. Most peoplewill feel difficult to learn English at the beginning. The people withoutpatience will often upset towards learning English. As a result, it willincrease the difficulties of learning English and vice versa.

首先，做所有的事情都需要決心。決心是做一件事的一個(gè)先決條件。面對困難時(shí)，有決心的人會(huì)堅(jiān)持下去，相反，那些沒有決心的人則很容易放棄。因此，如果有人想完成一件事情，他們要做的第一件事是下定決心。其次，閱讀英語材料對學(xué)習(xí)英語有很大的幫助。它可以幫助人們提高英語語感，對英語有興趣和信心。這將在學(xué)習(xí)的過程中對人們的幫助很大。最后，耐心在英語學(xué)習(xí)中是必須的。剛開始學(xué)習(xí)英語的時(shí)候大多數(shù)人都會(huì)覺得很難。沒有耐心的人對學(xué)習(xí)英語會(huì)經(jīng)常感到心煩。結(jié)果就是增加了學(xué)習(xí)英語的困難，反之亦然。

In general, determination, reading Englishmaterials and patience are the effective ways to learn English. If people recognizethose, they will learn it well sooner or later.

總之，決心，閱讀英語材料和耐心是學(xué)習(xí)英語的有效途徑。如果人們意識(shí)到這些，他們遲早都會(huì)學(xué)好它的。
