                                    科學(xué)家曾做過這樣的實(shí)驗:將痢疾桿菌冷藏到冰中,100天后進(jìn)行化驗,發(fā)現(xiàn)此菌仍然生存著。然后,又將傷寒桿菌進(jìn)行同樣的實(shí)驗,150天之后化驗,此菌照樣維持生命??茖W(xué)家還發(fā)現(xiàn),把每毫升含有50萬個傷寒桿菌的冰激凌冷凍了兩年零四個月以后,再進(jìn)行化驗,發(fā)現(xiàn)每毫升冰激凌中還有6000個有繁殖.電冰箱門上的密封條上的微生物達(dá)十幾種之多,這些微生物的存在,很容易導(dǎo)致人本各種疾病。其清理辦法為:用酒精浸過的干布擦拭密封條,效果最佳。
                                    經(jīng)常去除電冰箱內(nèi)的異味。電冰箱使用時間過長又未做到及時清理,就會出現(xiàn)難聞的異味,這是由于電冰箱內(nèi)各種物品的混裝造成的。要想徹底去除
                                    異味,應(yīng)盡可能做到隨買隨吃,冰箱內(nèi)的物品貯存時間不要過長。貯存時間過長,既影響食品的鮮美又易產(chǎn)生異味。因此,物品貯存最好不超過一個月。
                                    經(jīng)常清理電冰箱內(nèi)的剩飯??梢哉f每個家庭的電冰箱冷藏室內(nèi)都存有剩菜剩飯,這一方面容易使電冰箱內(nèi)的物品串味;另一方面冷藏室并非無菌室,剩

                                                                冰箱里食物擺放的學(xué)問:
                                                                    1.適合放在冰箱門架上:有包裝但開了封、本身不會在一兩天內(nèi)變壞的食品,如番茄醬、沙拉醬、芝麻醬、海鮮醬、
                                                                    奶酪、黃油、果醬、果汁等,以及雞蛋、咸鴨蛋等蛋類食品。
                                                                    2.適合放在上層靠門處:直接入口的熟食、酸奶、甜點(diǎn)等。儲存這些食品時,應(yīng)避免溫度過低,并防止生熟食品交
                                                                    叉污染,所以不宜放在下層。
                                                                    3.適合放在上層后壁處:剩飯菜、剩豆?jié){、包裝豆制品等。由于這些食物容易滋生細(xì)菌,稍低于0℃的溫度最合適。
                                                                    4.適合放在下層靠門處:各種蔬菜及蘋果、梨等溫帶水果,而且要用保鮮袋裝好,以免因溫度過低而導(dǎo)致凍壞。
                                                                    5.適合放在下層后壁處:沒有烹調(diào)熟,但又需要低溫保存的食品,如水豆腐、鹽漬海帶絲等,以及有嚴(yán)密包裝不怕
                                                                    交叉污染的食品,還有等著慢慢化凍的食品,適合存放在最冷的地方,比如下層后壁處。 
                                                                    6.適合放在保鮮盒里:排酸冷藏肉,半化凍的魚、鮮蝦等海鮮類。由于水產(chǎn)品中的細(xì)菌往往耐低溫,溫度稍高容易
                                                                    加速其繁殖,而保鮮盒既可起到隔離作用,避免交叉污染,又具有保溫功效,避免頻繁開關(guān)冰箱門產(chǎn)生的溫度波動。

                                                                                1.將燃燒過的蜂窩煤完整地取出,放入冰箱內(nèi)(當(dāng)然,為了使冰箱內(nèi)干凈,你可以把它放在一個盤子里),放置一兩天后即可去異味。
                                                                                    2.蒸饅頭時剩一小塊生面,把生面放在碗里,再放到冰箱冷藏室上層,可以使冰箱2至3個月內(nèi)都沒有異味。
                                                                                    3.用紗布包50克茶葉放入冰箱,一個月后取出放在太陽下暴曬,再裝入紗布放進(jìn)冰箱,反復(fù)使用,也可以去除冰箱異味。
                                                                                    4.用一條干凈純棉毛巾,折疊整齊放冰箱上層網(wǎng)架邊,毛巾上的微細(xì)孔可吸附冰箱中的氣味,過段時間將毛巾取出用溫水洗凈,曬干后又可使用。
                                                                                    5.將幾塊新鮮的橘子皮洗凈揩干,散放在冰箱里,橘子皮的清香味也可以去除冰箱里的怪味。
                                                                                    6.把一個檸檬切成兩半,不要覆蓋保鮮膜。把檸檬放在冰箱冷藏柜的上層,檸檬散發(fā)的清香味可以在一周內(nèi)把冰箱里的怪味驅(qū)除殆盡。
                                                                                    7.把幾塊竹炭放到冰箱的冷藏柜里,竹炭特有的多孔結(jié)構(gòu),可以迅速吸收冰箱里的異味。用一段時間后,把竹炭拿出來在陽光底下曬干,就可以
