Eg: 1. She needs to buy a pen.(時(shí)義)

   2. He need go to school now!(情態(tài))

在回答情態(tài)動(dòng)詞need所引導(dǎo)的一般疑問句中，做肯定回答，常用must做否定回答則用needn’t。

Eg: Need I do it now?

 Yes, you must.
