結(jié)婚證

結(jié)婚證是婚姻登記管理機(jī)關(guān)簽發(fā)的證明婚姻關(guān)系有效成立的法律文書(shū)。結(jié)婚證正本一式兩份，男女雙方各持一份，其式樣由民政部統(tǒng)一制定，由省、自治區(qū)、直轄市人民政府統(tǒng)一印制，由縣、市轄區(qū)或不設(shè)區(qū)的市人民政府加蓋印章，結(jié)婚證書(shū)須貼男女雙方照片，并加蓋婚姻登記專用鋼印。若結(jié)婚證丟失了可以民政局申請(qǐng)補(bǔ)辦。
