第二天:競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的情況
先了解一下第一天的情況,對(duì)所提出的問(wèn)題做一些解答,并稍為總結(jié)一下。 完了以后,簡(jiǎn)單介紹一下,了解競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的情況對(duì)于做業(yè)務(wù)來(lái)說(shuō)是多么的重要,然后拿出一張打印的表格, 上面標(biāo)出兩個(gè)主要的產(chǎn)品,要他利用一天的時(shí)間,每一個(gè)產(chǎn)品找出10家不同的工廠,把公司的名稱,聯(lián)系信息等記錄在表上,然后要他不管通過(guò)任何方式,就幾個(gè)產(chǎn)品型號(hào)得到報(bào)價(jià)或是所有型號(hào)的報(bào)價(jià)單。
第三天:產(chǎn)品的深入了解。工程部培訓(xùn)
有了第一天和第二天的培訓(xùn),對(duì)產(chǎn)品有了相對(duì)的了解,由工程部對(duì)一些主要的產(chǎn)品特性,規(guī)格,制作過(guò)程等等做出解釋。 時(shí)間為1個(gè)小時(shí)左右, 培訓(xùn)完后發(fā)一套測(cè)試題,當(dāng)天完成。
第四天: BTOB網(wǎng)站的使用。
對(duì)前三天的培訓(xùn)做個(gè)小小的總結(jié),并把第二天第三天的表格收上來(lái),就表格中的相關(guān)事項(xiàng)做出解釋。  簡(jiǎn)單介紹一下BTOB網(wǎng)站的構(gòu)成,尋找方法,信息與產(chǎn)品發(fā)布的相關(guān)事項(xiàng),并對(duì)其重要性做一些說(shuō)明。 然后給一張表格, 要求尋找20家不同的BTOB網(wǎng)站,用公司的EMAIL注冊(cè),并發(fā)布一條TRADE LEAD,和一個(gè) PRODUCT。 把網(wǎng)站名稱,網(wǎng)站所屬國(guó)家,注冊(cè)名, 信息與產(chǎn)品標(biāo)題填入表中。
第五天: 搜索引摯的使用
繼續(xù)對(duì)第四天的培訓(xùn)做總結(jié)。  然后講解一下用搜索引摯尋找客戶的一些技巧, 發(fā)一張表格, 要求錄找20家不同的搜索引摯,并就搜索引摯的網(wǎng)站名,所屬地區(qū),用同一個(gè)關(guān)鍵字搜索的結(jié)果數(shù)量是多少,第一個(gè)結(jié)果是什么全都一一記錄在表上。 另外在這些搜索結(jié)果中尋找是跟我們公司做同一種產(chǎn)品的,找開(kāi)網(wǎng)站,把CONTACT INFORMATION找到,詳細(xì)的記錄在一張客戶跟蹤表中。
第六天, 電話,傳真,EMAIL使用的一些技巧及總結(jié)。
EMAIL: 要求準(zhǔn)備好3-4封完全不同的信件,可以在每個(gè)段發(fā)給客戶。 并要求把第一封信發(fā)給我和老業(yè)務(wù)員查閱,找出不足之處,改正。
電話與傳真: 要求業(yè)務(wù)員盡量使用電話和傳真,這樣可以更好,更快的得到客戶的詳細(xì)資料和回復(fù)。
要求業(yè)務(wù)員對(duì)一周的培訓(xùn)做一些總結(jié),并與老業(yè)務(wù)員交流一下心得,就一些問(wèn)題做回答。 如果一切可以,那就要求他再熟悉一下一個(gè)星期的培訓(xùn)。 下個(gè)星期開(kāi)始的時(shí)候就可以開(kāi)始做業(yè)務(wù)了。
一周的培訓(xùn)也就結(jié)束了,我也沒(méi)有教他們什么東西,只是一些大致方法,具體做業(yè)務(wù)的時(shí)候,每個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)員都有不同的方式,那就看業(yè)務(wù)員具體把握了。 如果業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)程中有什么問(wèn)題再具體分析。
